My absolute favourite things to wear in the world are formal Indian outfits. Something about the length, the embroidery and embellishments make you feel like royalty. Although I don't get to attend about 80% of the weddings our family is invited to, the few I can go to are always an experience. The opulent banquet halls to the themed decor, and of course, the Indian food, which is usually the reason I go in the first place. 

P.S. Wearing a sari is a lot more complicated than it seems. I still can't tie one myself!

We've been buying a lot of black outfits lately & this was just a happy coincidence. We tried out an Indian restaurant called BarBQ Tonite in Mississauga for my dad's birthday on Wednesday evening. It was amazing. It's a combination of tastes from Karachi, Lahore & Mumbai and as I am addicted to Indian food, this menu was full of mouth watering beef kebabs, lamb chops, shahi paneer & garlic naan. And the open kitchen concept and charcoal cooking keep you anxiously waiting for your food to arrive.
