For our bi-weekly champagne & rose pedicure at THA CHAMPAGNE BOUTIQUE, Kiran chose a burgundy two-piece outfit with her Tom Ford patchwork cage metallic leather sandals to accent the intensified South African red roses & fern green long stems. I chose to pair a Zara lace-trimmed slip dress with Saint Laurent opyum ankle strap sandals and kept it simple with the classic long stem red roses.

FLORALAVENDER

Lavenders, orchids, lilacs & violets are all delicate flowers. Lavender is a delicate flower that is known to have a calming effect, improve moods, promote restful sleep & soothe the mind & body. It is the hint of a lavender aromatherapy candle you smell at your spa reception, in the essential oil of your masseuse's hands & the mild taste in your complimentary purple macaron. 

My previous violet look was a fierce royal colour. The opposite end of the purple spectrum is lavender representing ultimate femininity. The genteel ladies who can pull off lavender gowns are often refined, polite & proper which is precisely why on my birthday, as I am a year older, I chose to wear this floral lavender lace gown & mauve studded Valentino sandals.

Since I am a lavender aura colour personality, this look brought out my true nature: I am a care-free spirit who uses my intuition over intellect. I am very creative, witty & charming. The traits that stand out in me the most are that I am a spacey day dreamer who escapes reality by living in a fantasy world. For example, this lavender lace gown made me feel like an overdressed, girly-girl about to do a twirl on a purple carpet somewhere; red would ruin my colour theme!

Ovarian cancer is the 5th most common & fatal cancer in women yet all women may be at risk. Five year survival rates range from 30-45% because it is difficult to screen which often leads to late detection.

ROSE to the occasion & help raise awareness so that one day, we as women are able to screen for early detection & increase survival rates battling this disease once & FLORAL! Join the movement & BLOOM, with a little change, we helped save a life.

These preserved roses are the "PERFECT GIFT BOX" that last up to one year & have add-ons such as Laduree macarons, Sugarfina champagne gummy bears, rosé roses, champagne bubble candy & "rosé all day" chocolate bars.

Women are naturally attracted to shiny things. The best ways to put a smile on a woman's face are roses, pearls & jewelery. Which woman wouldn't be ear-to-ear grinning with this creative way of getting all three? These beautiful rose cupcakes, pearl drop cupcakes, & gold-polished strawberries encompass everything that women crave on Valentines Day. 

My special delivery was vanilla bean cupcakes with velvety smooth buttercream frosting topped with candied pearls & dried rose petals, the elegant deep red petal frosted rose cupcakes, & pure couverture chocolate dipped strawberries brushed with 24 karat gold leaf edible paint. And to top it all off, my heart stopped when I got these jumbo barbie pink pavlovas filled with raspberries & a lemon creme mousseline. 

Very creative & extremely satisfying as the perfect romantic delivery, seductive food foreplay, or just to brighten someone's day. 

The delicate sweets reminded me of the extravagant & creative desserts served in high teas with touches of lavender, combinations of different essences & extracts. This inspired me to do a luxurious, over-the-top display of tea pots, cake trays, & my dusty pink Greta Constantine gown. The draped fabric reminded me of the layers of icing. I chose to stick with a monotone look with my new Saint Laurent 'Sac de Jour' bag in pale blush, & Saint Laurent 'Jane' patent sandals that have become a staple in my closet. 

This delivery definitely made me smile.
