The 90s are making a big comeback. Velvet has taken the runway by storm and become fall's hottest textile. This 90s post revival plush fabric can become a fashion disaster or fashion hit. 

Another 90s trend comeback is the choker. This Arya asymmetric velvet jumpsuit by Kyna Collection definitely got the velvet & choker trend right. It combines a one strap figure hugging black velvet jumpsuit with sheer pinstripe detail & a velvet choker detail with a tie ribbon. 

Bell bottoms are another trend revival. This look is bold, daring and sexy. The dark, dramatic look paired with a bright red lip & Louboutins is a fashion success.

This minimalist look lets the details shine: it's all about STRAPS! 

These Kandee T-bar suede pump shoes were sitting in my closet for months and I had no idea how to wear them. With a simple black dress of course but I wanted something a little more interesting. And voila! This simple yet detailed Pradegal 'All Straps On Me' dress hit the spot. 

I added my Lady Dior mini for straps on straps on straps and also, Dior 'so real' shades.

Fall is literally around the corner and this season's neutral comes in 50 shades. From charcoal to slate, graphite to fossil. 

Sure black and white combinations are making a strong statement for fall but we have our eyes on the hue that comes between them.

This outfit is a monochrome look, mixed with greys, whites and silvers. The skirt and jacket are leather, which can be heavy but the light grey tone makes it work. Paired with a rayon top and white McQueen sandals, somehow everything looks like it belongs in the same color family.

FALLING FOR YOU

My personal photog A.K.A. My sister Kiran was busy today but that couldn't stop me from sharing my fall outfit with you today. After two days of rain, I was dying to put away my ugly, wet & muddy boots and put on some pumps! 

I found these beautiful & bewitching Christian Louboutin 'Pigalace' 100mm's in Atlanta this past weekend and was shocked they still had my size, which almost never happens. I usually have to hunt for what I like. They are so comfortable but a little big. Maybe I didn't find my size after all but time for some insoles.

I paired the delicate and girly pumps with some baggy leather joggers and voila! The perfect outfit for a sunny fall day. This red YSL clutch from Remix Clothing Co. is gorgeous and I would call it the perfect red. I got a fresh monochrome/ombre manicure yesterday so I wasn't gonna swap for the Tom Ford red polish but I would recommend wearing this look with a red nail & lip.

I found this cute little two-piece outfit and had to wear it this weekend before the temperatures drop into the minuses. The checkered/floral/lace print scuba shorts and crop top along with the bold gold hardware pair perfectly with the 2-tone Chanel boy brick & it's pop of gold. I love how the chain strap on the Chanel clutch is two-toned too! (Tongue twister alert!) 

These Love Potion pumps are just like the ones Jyoti is wearing in the previous outfit post and they are comfortable as well. This crystal necklace was practically made for this look. I love the colours & symmetry. And the entire look is topped off with a neutral toned Zara coat from last winter. I am definitely looking for more colors in this coat this season.
